The Branch Head is an integral position within our Operations. Tasked with spearheading and managing all aspects of the branch – from maintaining the facilities and equipment to coaching employees for development – the Branch Head is expected to have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and business skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the area’s commerce and economic situation that ensures the sustainability of the branch’s sales.
